Headteachers may only authorise absence in exceptional circumstances.

In order to obtain permission, parents are reminded that :
Holiday bookings should not be confirmed prior to gaining approval.
Adequate notice is required for applications to be processed.
External Examinations, School Visits and Competitive Sporting events meet different criteria.
Please provide as much information as possible.
