Notification of School Absence

Please complete this form to notify school of your child's absence - Please do not use this form for holiday leave.

Notification should be made on a daily basis, unless otherwise advised.

Please note all Schools follow a 48 hour exclusion period for vomitting and diarrhoea / sickness bugs.
