Today members of the Eco team have taken receipt of a new water butt from Jersey Water. This incentive is to help reduce water waste and promote sustainability among young Islanders. After a very dry 2025, this initiative aims to encourage pupils and teachers to discuss water scarcity and water conservation, as part of your education programme about the water cycle and this vital resource for our Island.

As part of this offer, Jersey Water will be coming to join us for assembly in the new term to deliver a session on water saving, helping our pupils understand how small changes can make a big difference to our water supplies.
