Parking meeting summary
Thank you for your messages about parking – we know the situation is frustrating and something needs to change. We had a positive and constructive meeting between the school, parents and the Honorary Police this week and we have agreed to trial a change to pick up (not drop off as this works fine) which may alleviate the problem. The trial will start after February half-term and run until Easter. Next week, we will let you know details of the changes, with a map. The change will also be communicated to residents. I am not sharing details until I have had confirmation from the Department for Infrastructure and I have risk assessed it, so please avoid speculation and wait for details to be shared. Thank you.
Help required
Mr Hill would like some help to move some very heavy picnic tables from the back of the nature garden to the field. He thinks he needs 2/3 people to lift each one. if you might be able to help him out, please find him on the gate.
Parent Forum 9th February 3.15pm
I postponed the last Parent Forum so this meeting will provide an update on whole school developments. All parents are welcome, agenda to follow nearer the time.
Smartwatch reminder
We would like to remind families that children should not wear smartwatches to school. This includes devices with messaging, calling, camera or internet access.
Smartwatches can be distracting during learning time and raise safeguarding and privacy concerns. To help us maintain a safe, focused learning environment for all children, we ask that these devices are kept at home.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support

Thank you for donating to our Giving Tree. So far, we have raised £317 for resources, teacher salaries, food and mosquito nets. If you would like to donate, this is through ParentPay.
Thank you for supporting our Christmas Fayre last week. The children were so excited and there seemed to be something for everyone. We will let you know how much we raised in the coming days.
