Newsletter summary:

There is a change to PE days for January 

Football club is changing to Thursdays 3-4pm

All clubs and PE will start back from 5th January

We will be having a meeting in January to address the parking problems 

Parking resolution

We understand the frustrations and we need to work together to find a workable solution. Yesterday, I met with the Honorary Police and we are proposing a meeting, at school, to explore solutions.  We have a couple of ideas we would like to share. If you would like to attend, please email admin@leslandes.sch.je. The meeting will be at 2pm on Tuesday 13th January.

Extra-Curricular Clubs

Timetable link here.  The only change is Football Club moving to Thursday 3-4pm and matches will be in addition, on a different day. There are 6 matches next term. Les Landes School - Extra-Curricular Clubs

House Reward

Well done to Les Mielles who earned the most pebbles this half term.  We will arrange their reward in the first week back, when they can bring in a game to share.

PE Days

We are benefiting from a Jersey Sport initiative next term, with sports specialists for most classes, offering cricket, rugby and kick-boxing. PE days will be as follows and will start Monday 5th January:

Rec - Tuesday

Y1 - Monday and Friday

Y2 - Monday and Friday

Y3 - Monday and Wednesday

Y4 - Tuesday and Wednesday

Y5 - Monday and Wednesday

Y6 - Monday and Wednesday
